Class "Admin" can write and download(csv) note for the role of "Student" among the members.
The written record can only be checked by the author, and the record is not shared even if the manager of the same class.
■ Record creation method
Class Access → [Note] → Select "action date" and "student" → Write contents and [Save]
(You can also create them by clicking on them in the Members menu or in the "Member List" of each space.)
■ View written records
"All records" written within the class can be checked in the [Note] menu.
If you want to view records by "each member", click the name in the [Members] menu or the list of members in each space, and then select the record tab.
■ How to download, copy and delete records
- When you click the [Download Record] button, you can download all the records created in the class as an Excel(csv) file at once.
- Click the Copy/Delete button to copy or delete the record.
