I don't get app push notifications
Are you frustrated because you do not receive push notifications from the Classting app? Try the method below! ◼ Check device notification settings - Android : Device Settings → Apps → Classting → Notifications → Allow Notifications - iOS : Notification Settings → Allow Notifications ◼ Delete and install apps after reboot ◼ Check Battery Saver (Android) Settings - System Settings → Device Management (Smart Manager) → Battery → Excluding 'Power Saving Target' Classting App If the above method does not solve the problem, Please contact the customer center ( firstname.lastname@example.org) with registration information (ID, name) & user information (device, OS version, app version)'.
