Classing provides a function to set working hours only for the "teacher" role so that teachers can protect their private life and concentrate on working hours to communicate with parents and students.
■ Call during working hours
ClassTalk free calls are available only during working hours set by the teacher.
If the teacher sets the working hours, you can check the working hours under the teacher's name.
For smooth use, please update to the latest version of the app (7.20.0 or higher) on your mobile.
■ Calls outside working hours
Even if you try to call outside of the working hours set by the teacher, you will not be connected.
If the teacher has not set any working days and hours, the working hours will not be displayed and will not be connected.
(Student/Parent→Call to teacher is not allowed)
■ How to set working hours
Teachers can change the working days and hours by entering the ClassTalk screen on mobile and tapping the gear icon (settings) in the upper right corner.
If the setting button is not visible, please check if you have the role of "Teacher" by clicking [MY] tab at the bottom of the app → [Preferences] → [Profile]
